FULL POWER – BENCH ONLY- DEADLIFT ONLY
We will have the following categories:
Raw | Classic Raw | Single Ply | Multi Ply
MEET IS CAPPED AT 60 LIFTERS PER DAY.
Saturday lifters- All Women and Men up to 75kg/165 lbs.
Sunday lifters- Men 82.5kg/181 lbs. to SHW
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 23, 2019. There will be a $20 late fee after this date. No entries will be accepted after November 27, 2019.
REGISTRATION FEE: $75 per lifter, add $35 if entering additional division (Full Power and Bench only = 2 awards or Open & Masters = 2 awards).

Special Equipment: 55lbs Texas Squat Bar for all squat flights.
Lifting begins: 9:30am BOTH DAYS

Early weigh-in, Equipment Check & Rack Heights: Friday from 9:30am-11am
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday 8:30am-9:30am
Saturday weigh-in by appointment only (7:30am-8:30am). Contact Meet Director.
Sunday Lifters:
Early weigh-in & Equipment Check: Saturday from 9:30am-11am and 5pm-6:30pm (Morning weigh-ins: If rack heights are unknown, come earlier between 8am-9am, or come back to afternoon weigh-ins to receive rack heights)
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday 8:30am-9:30am

Qualifier for 2020 National Powerlifting, Benchpress, Deadlift
Championship with a Master total.

Men’s and Women’s Classification Standards are available on the USPA website under Member Resources.
KO GYM’s Official Event Hotel Special.
The Vagabond Inn Oxnard is located on Oxnard Blvd 1.2 miles away from the gym. They are our new official host hotel. They are offering special room rates to all of our guests at our events. The hotel is clean and has a small park with a BBQ & a Denny’s on the premises. Hotel Guests receive a discount at the Denny’s as well.
