After being a member of 24 hour Fitness and LA Fitness for more than a decade, I stumbled into KOGYM after I received a flyer. I took the try out and was immediately hooked. When you walk in, it looks a bit overwhelming with all of the lifting equipment. So much more than the cookie cutter gyms. I’ve been going for a few months now, and I can see the improvements and have broken through plateaus now that I’m actually using the right equipment (dumbbells that go past 80lbs). I have a bizarre schedule, so I show up at all hours of the day, and the place is always pumping great music. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. It actually makes me want to go to the gym, knowing that they have all that great equipment.
