MEET IS CAPPED AT 60 LIFTERS PER DAY.

REGISTRATION FEE: $75 and $35 for crossover.

Weigh in for Saturday’s Event will be Friday from 9:30am-11am and 4:30pm-6pm.
Weigh in for Sunday’s Event will be Saturday from 9:30am-10:30am and 5pm-6pm.
Saturday weigh-in by appointment only (7:30am-8:30am). Contact Meet Director.
Rules Briefing/Warmup: Saturday, 8:30am and Sunday, 8:30am.
Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9:30am and Sunday, 9:30am.

Parking: Along with the parking indicated on the map, there is also free street parking above the gym along Poli St. KO Gym is located in the heart of downtown Ventura with shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Free Wi-Fi is available along Main St. and at the Gym.
2018 National Bench and Deadlift Championship qualifier with a Class 1 bench or deadlift.
Bench and Deadlift Nationals will be held in June 2018.
2018 National Powerlifting Championship qualifier with a Class 1 total
Full Power Nationals will be held in July 2018 in Las Vegas.
2018 Drug Tested National Powerlifting Qualifier with a Class 2 total
Drug tested Nationals will be held July 2018. Location to be announced
2018 IPL World Bench/Deadlift Qualifier with a Master level bench or deadlift
Sept 2018. Location to be announced
